Abstract

|
Spinal accessory nerve palsy involving both sternocleidomastoid and trapezius is rare. This. paper will report the case history of a 27yr old man who has developed muscle weakness in shoulder elevation following after fall down.
Manual muscle examination and electrodiagnostic examination indicated the spinal accessory nerve palsy.
